DESCRIPTION:SINGLES EVENT (https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournament/Chains_for_Change_Guelph_2025): \nThe Guelph Disc Golf Club and Queer Disc Golf are happy to host our 2nd Annual event in support of Out on the Shelf!\nhttps://www.outontheshelf.com/ \nThis will be a PDGA sanctioned XC tier event in the morning and we will also be hosting a unsanctioned best shot doubles event in the afternoon (with the option to pick your own partner). This page is for the SINGLES sanctioned portion. Entry to afternoon doubles is included with your singles entrance fee (there will be a donation box day off if you wish to contribute) . Please see the doubles event page and register at : https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournament/DOUBLES_The_GDGC_and_QDG_Present_Chains_for_Change_Guelph_Powered_by_Prodigy_DOUBLES_EVENT_2025 \nWe have decided to use the PDGA Colour Rating system for the morning round to avoid any exclusionary criteria that might come with traditional gender based categories. Participants will be playing a custom 20 hole layout (found on udisc). Gold\, Blue\, and White divisions will play from the white tees. Red and Green divisions will play from the red tees. Purple division will play from the purple tees. \nInline with PDGA CEP designation requirements\, $20 of your entry fee will go to charity (thank you). DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the GDGC Junior Gauntlet\, one of the stops on the 2025 Little Hyzers Junior tour! \nThe Little Hyzers Tour is a province wide series of junior division PDGA C tier events funded by the Ontario Disc Sports Association (ODSA). We will be running events from May-August\, and cap off the season with the Ontario Junior Championships at Green Lane Sports Complex (Paris\, Ontario). This event is August 30 and no qualification is necessary to register. \nLittle Hyzers Tour events are available to all juniors 18 and under\, please register in the appropriate age protected division. You do not need to be an ODSA or PDGA member to participate\, however it is encouraged.\nYou can join the ODSA at https://www.ontariodiscsports.ca/sign-up#join\nYou can join the PDGA at https://www.pdga.com/membership \nAll players will receive a disc and stickers in their players pack\, plus there will be divisional trophies supplied by the ODSA. There will also be an unsanctioned “best shot” adult/junior doubles event in the afternoon. Please only sign up if you intend on playing in the singles event\, no registration required for the doubles.
